1. SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Neuton in person Mr. Tobias Keil to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

3. OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

3.1
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. All offers are valid "while stocks last" unless otherwise stated for the products. Errors excepted.

3.2
By clicking the "Order with payment" button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.

4. CONTRACT TEXT

The contract text is stored on our internal systems. You can view the general terms and conditions on this page at any time. The order details and the general terms and conditions will be sent to you by email. After the order has been completed, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the item is given to you before the deadline expires - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Section 312c Paragraph 2 BGB in conjunction with Section 1 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our obligations in accordance with Section 312e Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Section 3 BGB-InfoV. Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest)
If you are unable to return the goods received to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay us compensation for the loss in value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as would have been possible in a store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your own property and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Goods that can be sent by parcel must be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins when you send your cancellation notice or the item, and for us when we receive it.

6. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

The shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered and the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you before you place your binding order. You can find an overview on the Shipping page.

7. DELIVERY

7.1
Delivery takes place in the following countries: Germany

The delivery time is 7 to 10 working days. Any different delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

7.3
If the number of orders increases, the delivery time may be 2-3 weeks.

7.4
For custom-made products and orders, delivery times are subject to agreement.

8. PAYMENT

8.1
Payment can be made either in advance or via Paypal.

8.2
If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

8.3
You only have the right to set off your claims if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court or are undisputed or have been acknowledged by us in writing.

8.4
You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

9. RESERVATION OF TITLE

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. WARRANTY

The warranty is subject to legal regulations.
